Cesco Pizzeria is a new iteration of one of the oldest (and least commonly seen) methods of making pizza- made fresh by the meter, half-meter and “spigolino” (large piece). Our pizza shares some of the same characteristics of the well-known “Napoli-style” pizza, but our pizza has a very light and airy consistency, that is easy to grab and
take with you- our version of Italian street food.
